Bryan Properties hopes to lease Bear Village apartments, which is being built on the corner of Madison Street and Kimbrough Avenue, to students upon completion this fall.

Phase I, currently under construction, features a 24-apartment layout. Each apartment will have four bedrooms and four bathrooms and will include utilities, cable, Internet and trash pickup for $600 per person each month.

Phase II is set to be completed the following year, which will include more apartments and extra amenities like a clubhouse with a swimming pool, exercise area and sauna, classrooms and more.
